The House On The Corner

You figure that if anything were to happen, you wouldn't be alone, so you follow Sam through the door. The house smells old and decayed, but you realize that you must be in some sort of foyer. You take out your penlight and shine it around at all the dead plants in crumbling pots. Obviously, no one has lived here in quite some time. Sam walks on ahead and through a side door that leads into a small room full of old crumbling boxes and stored up furniture. It looks like someone had used this room for extra storage, but it all fell to ruin. What happened to this house's owners, you wonder? Sam seemed to be thinking the same question. You both turn to leave, when you both hear music blasting out of an upstairs room. Oddly enough, it sounded like current rock music and not something older. You both look at each other and Sam decides that he wants to investigate. You would really like to just leave now, having seen enough, but you would also like to know where that sound is coming from and who started it.
