The room changes into a dungeon, with skeletons hanging from chains on the wall, and three doors - a trapdoor into the roof, a door on the left and one on the right, plus a large well in the centre of the room.

Jump into well to escape from whatever is upstairs.
Climb through trapdoor to investigate where the blood came from.
Sit down in the room and cry.
