The Curse of the Towne Motel

You turn to run but fall hard on the tiled floor. It appears that you slipped on some water. Finding it strange that there is water outside of the pool but none in it, your thoughts are interrupted by a sharp jab on your shoulder. Looking up, you see an elderly man in janitor's clothing. He does not look very happy and shakes his mop at you. "This motel is CLOSED," he grumbles, "Has been for nine years. You best be going on your way now". He shuffles off through a door in the side of the room. Rubbing your shoulder, you look around you. The ceiling and walls are covered in dust but you can see through it in places. There appears to be an elaborate mural painted all the way around the room and up to the ceiling. Gold stars are visible at the very top of the domed ceiling.
