Shemaru
The VIP building is the best bet. Chances are that Asian Amusements would know that holding your parents hostage would incur the wrath of America. America always makes sure that the wealthiest are alright.
You keep telling that to yourself as you and Stuart make your way through the crowds. As you had anticipated, Asian Amusements doesn't even broadcast the fact that they are missing two hostages; that would attract unwanted attention. All they wanted was to put you before a camera.
You don't want to be executed. You need to find your parents. Your mother and father-not always there when you need them but they are here now. And you need them now.
Ten minutes after leaving the Shemaru Plane building you near the VIP building. It is only an average size structure: not any bigger than the buildings that house some of the more valuable rides. But today it gleams like a sanctuary. Soon this hellish nightmare will be over and you'll be back in the hands of your parents.
You walk up to the entrance, and scan the area for guards. "It's okay," Stuart says. "Open the door."
Just before you put your hand on the knob, a guard rounds the corner of the building and says, "Put your hands up! This is a restricted area!" He points a gun at your head.
The people around you drop to the ground. You put your hands up and then behind your head.
"Why were you trying to get into the VIP building?" he demands, keeping his eyes on the two of you as the other people begin to crawl away.
You decide to feign innocence and ignorance. You let out a welp and then respond with tears forming in your eyes. "We didn't know it was a VIP building! I thought this was the Laser Tag room!"
"That's to your right!" the man screams. "Big sign! How'd you miss it?"
You shudder. "I've never been here before, and this is a big place."
A buzzer sounds from the guard's chest. He pulls out a cell phone and momentarily lowers his gun. You study the man's face and watch his expression turn from annoyance to wonderment.
You know what the call is about.
You and Stuart blast down the street away from the guard. He raises his gun, locks on, and shoots.
Ow.
