Jezirea payed her bar tab, and then headed immeditely to find a nice, quiet inn. The sun was setting, and she intended to sleep off the effects of the mead before she went anywhere.

But these burrows intrigued her. Sure, she didn't think they would contain anything of value, as it seemed that the villagers already knew about them. They had likely been explored ages ago, and anything of value removed.

The part that interested Jezirea was the fact that the villagers did not know what the burrows were, or who had dug them.
What was so strange about them, she wondered.
She would find out tomorrow.

She found an inn, payed for her room, and fell deep asleep the second her face touched the rough pillow.
A bed was a bed.

The next morning, Jezirea roze with a slight headache. This was why she usually stuck to the light alcohol.

She gathered up her things, and left the inn.
One of them men mentioned getting lost, so Jezirea stopped to buy rations and water.

Then... She had no idea where to go. The men couldn't give her a definite location, but they assured her that the entrances to the burrows surrounded the entire village.
So...?
