Jezirea grabbed her pouch of belongings which had been sitting at the leg of the table and slung it over her shoulder before standing up.

It was time to head out, and there was no point wasting valuable daylight hours.

Jezirea tidied up the pile of books slightly before exiting the town library. She stepped out in to the sunlight and took a deep breath. It felt so refreshing after her nap in the crypt that had been trying to pass itself off as a library.
Today looked to be a good day for travel. There were white, fluffy clouds on the horizon, that indicated it would be a warm night. Just outside the library Jezirea stopped a villager and asked him for directions to Bygoville.

Bygoville was almost straight north, but the road leading there arced west in a long winding path around the forest. If she cut through the woods it would take almost two days off her journey, but there were always risk. It wasn't a forbidden forest or anything like that, she just stood the chance of getting lost or attacked by wild animals. Normally it wasn't a problem.
