Shemaru
You trudge on through the brush with Janis, now keeping a much closer eye on him. However, he seems to be doing nothing suspicious. He simply continues walking, unaware that you are watching his every move.
You continue on like this for fifteen minutes, all the while expecting him to suddenly take out his sword and end your life. But that doesn't happen.
At least, not immediately.
Janis leads you to a small clearing. There is a gleaming golden tablet in the middle of the clearing, surrounded by lettering you cannot decipher. In English, at the very top, rests a platinum board inscribed with the following sentence:
The Kings of Earth fall down, the Peasants of Gaia stand tall.
"Why are we here?" you gaze at the most peculiar sight with wonderment.
"You haven't figured it out yet?" Janis gives you an almost alarmingly placid smile. "I'm going to kill you. We're going to kill the whole lot of you."
"What?" you gasp. "But that'd do nothing! You can't die in the Shemaru Plane!"
"Ah, but you can," Janis says. "And you shall."
Janis buries his sword deep inside your body.
