Summer Vacation
I go to Hillside High. I'm gonna be a Junior next year," she says. Hillside is the school on the other side of town.
"Cool...hey I gotta get back to work, see you later," you say.
"Nice to talk to you," she says with a smile.
You have trouble focusing on your work, with Claire lying there tanning. Finally, she gets in the pool and swims around a bit. When she get out and towels off, she tosses you a grin before leaving.
That night you contemplate giving her a call, finally you do.
She says that her and her friends are having a bonfire at the beach and invites you to come. You agree, and your parents are, surprisingly, fine with it.
The question now is, how will you get there? You could walk, its only about a mile to the beach from your house, or you could bum a ride from Matt.
