The Big 'un!

You run toward the source of the sound. A couple seconds later, you are standing in front of a rundown house surrounded by over-grown weeds.

The door to the house has been torn off of its hinges. You walk into the house. In a corner, sits a teenage girl curled up with her chin to her knees. She is dressed in a metallic mesh suit and is shivering and panting.

"Are you Ok?" you asked. "I am trained in first aid, can I be of asssistance?"

She babbles something unintelligable at you and without making eye contact, tosses an object at your feet.

You pick it up. It is a gold wrist watch, and appears very old.
