Heroes in a Half Shell

Maybe Mike is right. The place could certainly use some repairs, especialy after all of your previous attempts at the hyperspeed formula which all ended in the same result; an enormous explosion which shook the confines of the sewers you call home.

You know enough about chemicals to concoct the appropriate mixture of ingrediants for a potent vial of LSD. You get to work and after only a half hour you have produced a full vial of the psychedelic substance.

Michelangelo had promised that if you made it he and Casey Jones would take care of the distribution. You call him into your lab and he steps in with a questioning look on his face. He's still a little stoned, you realise with disappointment. Where did it all go wrong for him?

"Whassup, dude?" He asks, his voice sounding dull and sluggish.

"I've given alot of thought to your LSD suggestion..." You begin. His eyes light up like April O'Neil was standing naked before him. "I think we could use the money to rapair our home."

"Yeah. Yeah." He says coaxing you along.

"Here. Take this vial and distribute it's contents to the public. Bring the money back and we can see about fixing this place up a bit." You say, holding the little tube of glass out to him.

"Woah, dude." He says looking at the vial of acid as though it were some sort of holy relic which hasn't been seen for generations.

"Be careful with it." You warn. "It should be pretty potent."

"Sure thing, dude!" He says, all full of pep and excitement again. It's good to see him like this, you muse, all energised and pumped up to lend a helping hand to your brotherhood of haphazard mutations.

It isn't until after he steps out of the laboratory do you start to wonder if he wasn't just pepped up to try the acid out for himself. He has been slipping back into a drug addled state as of late, and you're not sure that you can really trust him.
