Operation: Survival -- Stay Alive!

You get back to your bunk and grab your backpack. As you pack your essentials and accessories and get strapped up, you overhear some soldiers nearby who were concerned of the danger ...

"I still don't give a fuck Johnson. These guys have RPGs and at ANY time, they could let one loose and we'd be blown to bits."

"Whatever man, don't get my shit down because you're paranoid. Just pull up your gun and blast the fucker the face."

You turn away and clasp the last strap of your backpack. You put your leg packs on and grab your gun. Walking with the gear was normal after having served for so long.

You head to Transport Station A and check in with your captain and board one of the transport helicopters.

Once all the helicopters are loaded up, each one takes off at the same time, followed by 4 Apache escorts to ensure safe travel. The ride is fairly comfortable with 10 soldiers in each transport.

You look outside the helicopter to notice smoke and gunfire below. The helicopters hover in a small park about 300 yards from where the 4 soldiers were.

Everyone unloaded within a minute and made for cover as quickly as possible. You connect with Gardner and Agar and Rogers and make your way to the rest of the division.

Gun fire erupts from the left and right side as everyone takes cover in a small, abandoned shop. As the division regroups, they split up, to make for a plan of attack. You go in a group with Agar, Gardner, Kelly, Rogers and Thompson and are told to head out the side, into the alley and toward the trapped soldiers. You are the most important as everyone else will be covering for you.

You make your way to the alley and crouch down, M-16 loaded and at the ready. You see no action and head north down the alley, toward the objective.

As you reach the end of the alley, an explosion erupts around the corner and 3 Iraqi's run out of a ship directly across from you.
