Wilf decides to play a game of Tic Tac Toe with Bo ( Bo likes to call it Tic Tac Bo). Unfortunately, Tic Tac Toe (AKA Tic Tac Bo) is an extremely simple game, and even the childlike minds of Wilf and Bo understand how to play it optimally. Every game is a draw, which Bo counts as a win for himself. Therefore, Wilf is forced to go home empty handed. But he's not giving up yet!
