Wilf Wolf's Party

Wilf knocks on the door to Bo's office
"come in" Bo answers
Wilf enters the room. Bo is sitting at his grand desk, with a high rise view of Emilyville behind him surrounded by fancy decorum. Wilf saw through it though, behind the fancy businessman look Bo was just a wealthy toddler. But Wilf knew that toddlers can be scarier than businessmen. Toddlers get cranky.
"Hello Bo, happy Owls day!"
"Hello Wilf, happy Owls day!"
"Now Bo, I came in here to ask for a loan..."
"No, nuh uh, no way. I'm sorry Wilf but it's simply TOO MUCH MONEY!" Bo flips his Lunchable off his desk in rage.
"But it's Owls day.." Wilf pleads
"Sorry it's still a no"
It became clear to Wilf that it would take more than a simple request to get this loan.
What route of persuasion should Wilf use?
