That river in Egypt
Rennala figured that finding the kitchen would be easier if it was less crowded, so she went through a hallway off to the side. It was dark, nobody seemed to be in this part of the house. There were closed doors on either side of the hallway, going all the way down. She followed it along, passing around a corner before nearly tripping over something on the floor.
"MELINA why are you crouching in the dark?? I nearly damn fell over you"
"I found where the music was coming from, I'm sure everyone here would prefer to hear my magnificent playlist over whatever this shite is"
"Let me guess, bops from the 2010's again?"
"You know it"
"Yeah that would be an improvement. Anyway Mel do you know where the drinks are?"
"Hmmmm yeah continue down this hallway and it's on the left. I will warn you though, I have heard whispers of mysterious happenings. Don't open any of the doors on your way"
"Is that your way of telling me to stay where you can find me?"
"...Uhmm perchance, you know I get shy"
"Ha well I'll be on the couch. Don't take too long though, I don't want to still be here at 3AM"
"Try not to trip over any other people"
