Doors and More Doors

You point in some direction. Does it matter which way? You start walking. It's rather steep initially, but after you get through it, it flattens out more. Quickly, you and the couple start traveling through a dense forest. "There wasn't anything about a forest on the map," the lady says. You stare at her, attempting to hide your cluelessness. "No, trust me!" you yell. It gets dark and you realize that, not only are you lost, but the couple has no idea where they are either.
