NATO

You have chosen to add Spain as a new member country to NATO, but unfortunately, your efforts to convince the other delegates have been unsuccessful. Despite your best efforts, the other NATO members are not convinced that Spain would be a good addition to the alliance, and they reject your proposal. Ultimately it is decided that Norway would be a better fit for the alliance, and sometime later, they are officially recognized as a NATO member.
