A New Home in the Country
The badger flies at you, foam and spittle spraying from the corners of its mouth. You try to fight, but the creature knocks you off balance and you fall to the ground, helpless. It tears at you with its claws. It grabs flesh in its teeth and shakes its head violently, the way a terrier shakes a rat. Eventually it tires of you, leaving you to whimper pitifully in a heap of torn clothing and blood.
