Diaries of a Serial Killer

I arrived at work today and the whole department was in a uproar. The chief spoke to the whole squad about the serial killings that had been occuring. He says that the serial killer has been killing criminals and posting notes that had been stuck into thier body such as the newly killed victim known as the "Break'n Bandit" He also went on to say that who ever was commiting these murders was to eventually be caught. I knew better.
The chief then left and we resumed our normal days work.
