Today was like any other. I arrived at work and was supprised to see what the bulletien had read. It seemed that there had been a kidnapping near the Charleston Homes. The child was a 10 year old girl who had last been seen walking near the Homestead Park. I made a copy of the bulletien and will further look into this.
Around this afternoon I was driving around the Courtyad Apartment Housing when I noticed three boys standing outside dealing drugs. It seems people have lost all value of life. The slums only get worse while others get taken advantaged of. I'll have to remember that this needs to be made an example of. They will learn, they must!
