Everything Went Dark

Evie stayed perfectly still. Was it out of fear? Probably. But at least she didn't squirm out of the beam's light because that would've been a painful fall. As they got closer to the floating grey thing, a small hatch that was directly in the middle of the beam slid open, which would allow them to enter the floating grey thing. The beam continued to lift them until they were inside the grey thing. It looked really futuristic, and tinted green-oh wait, the beam faded away. It wasn't tinted green anymore. There were holograms located in every few feet along the hallway they were in. "Welcome, Evie." Jack said,"To the Sinister Saucer." After seeing Evie's confusion he elaborated,"That's the name of this spaceship, or UFO. Whatever you wanna call it." However, Evie was still very confused and asked for an explanation to what the heck is happening.
