You decide to stay in the office and find safety in a basement, good choice. People from outside are rushing to get to safety, people knocking on the door to get let in, they have been exposed to the radiation. What do you do?

You have 3 choices:

Find a space to claim your own, get comfy and ignore everyone else
Let the people come in for shelter, make them remove contaminated clothes
Tell the people there is not enough room inside the office
