English Project Choose Adventure

The captain invited you to the exploration sub-vessel. Your job will basically be to wade out on the water by the ship and observe the wildlife from close-up. Most likely this serves the purpose of tracking the region's fishing capability, but there could be some adventure to it.
The journal you've been entrusted with will be your biggest ally here.
As the sub-vessel trails along the main vessel, you have the opportunity to see many of the typical sea creatures you hear about on land like Manta rays, salmon, tuna, sharks, and squid. There doesn't seem to be any mythical or overpowering creatures (wink) along this journey, but it's enough for the captain, who seems happy to have charted the biodiversity of the region. The captivation of the land is fascinating, but as any sailor many know, it gets to be quite boring when the only thing around is either blue or hidden under a massive blanket of blue.

Beyond the water, however, is something much more captivating. At night, with the waters near black in color, the moon serves as a major point of interest. The captain allows you to take this curiosity to another level and sets you up with your own sub-vessel, cut from the main, and ready to sail in search of the secrets of the moon. The captain hopes it will bring a fortune, but as you may know, by now, fortune carries its burdens.
