Izuku's new power

Izuku decided to try his new found power on Mina. When he found her, she was playing video games in the common room.
"Hey Mina!" He said, and she turned to him.
"Hey Midoryia! What's up?" She said, standing up excitedly.
"I need your help with my quirk. You think you can help?" She nods. He reaches out and points at her and out comes a familiar green beam. Mina's eyes glowed a neon green and then glazed over.
"Master, what are your orders?" He decided to try out what happened when he told her something.
