A Date With Carter

Carter shakes his head. "I…had a crush on someone who loved another man. A useless, cowardly man, but a man nonetheless." He pulls over to a park and changes the subject. "We're here!" You blink.
"A park? Really? Tch," you say, crossing your arms. Carter stares at you, and you stare back. Once again, you turn away, huffing while Carter smiles.
"Are you coming out?"
