Behind The Shield

The passenger does just as you command with no hesitation with a gun in his hand by his side.

"Drop It!" He nervously turns toward you as you give the command. In doing so the weopon in his right hand uplifts to about his waist when the first shot is let out from your shotgun barrel.

His body stumbles and falls back to the ground. The other two back up officers look in disbelief at what just happened not knowing if the passenger had any intentions of shooting.

Arrest are made, Officers are questioned, and three years later after a court trial takes place a judgement declares that precautions were taken to avoid the passenger's death from occurying. But after the dept. reviews your personnel file they suggest that you turn in your badge and gun to prevent any other incidents from occurying.
