Ghost Pirates of the Sea-erra Madre
You decide that after what you only refer to as The Incident (it involved time travel) you no longer want anything to do with caves.
You re-enter the Seeker and head past the caves and after a few minutes you are extraordinarily glad that you did as you come across a sunken ship!
As you approach the ship you realize that there are several groups of humanoids swimming around the ship. What are they doing here? A harpoon sailing towards you answers your question for you: they're fighting!
You manoeuvre behind some rocks and use your periscope to see if you can figure out what's going on. You see that one side is made up of Merfolk! Mermaids! Mermen! Some of them are even riding gigantic seahorses! As they brandish tridents and harpoons their muscles somehow gleam in the aquatic murk.
The other group only includes two figures, but they are more human in form as they have legs. Unfortunately, you can't tell much more about them as they're wearing sea gear and holding strange looking technological weapons.
The fight seems to be a stalemate, but perhaps you could push things in favour of one group or the other.
You could use your laser light to try to blind the merfolk or you could fire your harpoon launcher at the group with legs. Of course you could also ignore the fight entirely and go check out the sunken ship.
