The Activity Club and the Ice Dungeon Challenge

Isabel and Ed walk to the nutcracker by four dice. On the wall behind the riddle, a plaque with golden accent reads:

"Polar bears, polar bears. They sit around the ice, like petals on a flower.
Roll the dice three times, and tell the nutcracker how many polar bears there are each time. For each correct answer, one of its buttons will light up."

Isabel and Ed look at each other, then nod. Isabel rolls the dice. These numbers come up:

2, 5, 6, 5

How many polar bears are there?

[NOTE: YOU WILL NEED TO VISUALIZE DICE WITH DOTS ON THEM FOR THIS PUZZLE. DICE WITH NUMBERS WILL NOT WORK.]
