An Island Adventure

"You are all idiots!" you yell, turning on them and moving to leave the cave. "Idiots!"

Enraged, driven mad by the heat and entranced by the crashing ocean waves echoing throughout the cave, the crowd descends upon you.

As you struggle, kicking and screaming, they carry you above their heads to the ledge and with a cheer throw you into the ocean.
You scream as you fall, hitting the water head first and swallowing more ocean than your body can handle.
You splutter, trying to turn upright, water filling your nose and mouth, and you claw for the surface but to no avail.
The current is too strong, the water in your lungs causing you to panic and your heart rate to soar.

You drown, there, lost and alone and away from your family and friends.

Your life is over, you'll sink to the bottom of the ocean and be eaten away by fish, and nobody will ever know what happened to you because the people on the island watched you drown and made a pact to never talk about it again. They never really liked you anyway.
As far as they were concerned, you never even made it onto the flight.

Your adventure, my friend, is truly over.
