The Mystery
It is now July 1901. You are fifty-seven years old. You go outside for a walk. you see someone. You recognize him. It is John Wilkes Booth! He is sixty-three years old. He walks over to you. being six years older than you, he had more time to work out. That means he is stronger than you. He picks you up by your shirt just like your school bully did, back in 1852, forty-nine years ago. But now it was worse. He had not been caught, even after thirty-six years! He was out to kill you. He raised his fist and bam! Booth fell down. He was punched again by Abraham Lincoln, a ninety-two-year-old, and yet very healthy man. He owed you one. You were delighted! You were his friend since 1865, when you saved his butt. You had your very own day! April 14, Todd Maxwell Day! "Man! I owe him one!" you thought.
