You are sitting in your office. It's a neat, tidy place, with a few paintings and shelves. There are two desks on opposite ends- one for you, one for Mente. You always feel a pang of jealousy when you look at her desk- it's neat and tidy like the rest of the office, while your desk is filled to the brim with papers and snacks to the point that anything else would make everything fall down. You worry for the moment you're on your own. There are a few shelves containing books on various matters. There is a cabinet containing many case files (and snacks). Each desk has their own drawer.
You hear the phone ring on the opposite side of the room. Mente picks it up.
"Mente & John Letective Agency. How may I help you?"
You can hear bits of the voice that is coming out of the phone.
"Of course. I'll take your case."
She hangs up and sets the phone down. You have an urge to ask her something.
What do you ask?
