You try to peer into the room, pushing back the corpse slightly so it won't get in your way. It smelled of rot, almost making you puke. You wonder why the thing is hanging, and what it's hanging from. You notice it's a noose, and following the rope up, you notice the strange mechanism that the rope is tied to. That's probably what made the wall open up.
