Your rip and scratch at the metal, which grinds and splits like a banana peel. The mech's hands leave enormous gouge marks in the floor, the metal appears to be around 8 inches thick, with gigantic rivets on the seams. These rivets crunch under your hydraulic grasp as you continue digging, and the full 8 inch thick steel plates make a horrible screeching noise under load. After 15 minutes, you're left with an enormous hole in the floor, below it lies a room filled with instruments and scanner displays. The room is entirely empty as you drop into the radar room.

At least, it used to be a radar room before the precision instruments were helplessly crushed by your mech. Small bits of computer debris lie scattered all over the floor, and the smashed displays stare blankly at you. After you hear the last remaining tinkles of glass on the ground, you
