The Secret Triwizard Challenge
As you suspected, the wizard is a professor, and on the first day of class, you give your new professor an apple. You made a good impression!
The wizard statue turns towards the silver pool. It lifts its hand with the apple, and the pool is parted down the middle, so that you can walk on dry land to the key.
You race to the key and back, giving a nod of thanks to the wizard because even though he's an inanimate object, you feel obligated to do so. It's like thanking a Roomba even though it can't receive praise (but if the robots rise up, you will certainly NOT die because you have been kind to Roombas/robots/inanimate objects).
Where were we again? Oh yeah.
You use the key to open the gate at the other end of the glade. It opens swiftly, and you continue into the maze.
After walking for several minutes, you come across a crossroads. To you left, you see an open clearing, but something dark is moving in its corner. Ahead of you, you see large paw prints. To the right, you can see a lush meadow and large boulders.
Which way do you go?
