Zaftig City

Breaking off his talk with Foster before he had a chance to make things awkward, Fox continued down the street before realizing something. The sun was starting to set in the city. Was it nighttime already? He’d never been in this city before. He didn’t know what areas of town were where - and it might not be safe for him to be out too late, depending on where he was right now.

Fox grabbed his phone to check for lodging, sitting down and checking the money he had with him to figure out what to do. The count was lower than he would have liked, but enough to get by on until he found a way to start getting paychecks.

After doing some searching, Fox came up with three choices, each of which intrigued him. On ZairBNB, Zaftig City’s special booking app, he could pick out a cheap room to rent. This would give him stability and give him immediate roommates to possibly befriend. If he wanted to focus on work, he could rent a room by the week at the motel near what looked like the City’s restaurant row. Surely these places would need staff. And if he wanted to relax for a night, Fox could splurge on an all-inclusive hotel room at the 4-star hotel, which was running a special for the night just within his budget.
