The Secret Triwizard Challenge
"Stupefy!" you scream.
The spider cringes back as the spell hits its face. A few of its eyes have frozen in place, so it's looking in several directions at once. You jump to the side as the spider lunges at you.
It misses by a few feet when it should have hit you dead on. Its eyesight must have been hindered by that spell - it can't quite pinpoint you because its eyes have different perceptions of you. It lunges, missing you again, and you run. The spider hisses and spits, angry that it can't catch you.
You actually manage to run to the exit before the spell wears off. The spider shakes its head to clear it and glares at you, but you're too far into the rest of the maze for it to catch you.
You've survived - for now.
