Just as you're within a couple meters of the exit, the spider tears itself free of the ropes with a shriek full of rage. It runs and lunges at you, but it's too late. You barely make it through the exit in time. The spider tries to squeeze itself into the exit after you, but it's too big. It glares at you, obvious malice in its beady eyes, but can't do anything besides watch you walk down the path, panting heavily but alive.
