Tickling Eevee

9 Eevee come into a room. One of them get's thrown into a trap. It locks itself around him, not enabling him to move at all. One of the males giggle as he brushes her tail across Eevee's sensitive side. Eevee can't do anything about it. she can't see, she can't laugh, and she can't move. she can only feel the tickling sensation of the male's tail as it brushes across her. Then all of the males begin to tickle her all over. They cover her belly with their tails and paws, making sure everything is felt. Some Eevee split off and they tickle other places, like her hypersensitive neck and her ticklish paws. Eevee is going crazy, but she cannot show that to her ticklers. What should happen next?
