Tickling Eevee

3 Eevee come into a room. One of them gets thrown into a trap. It locks itself around him, not enabling him to move at all. One of the females giggle as she brushes her tail across Eevee's sensitive side. Eevee can't do anything about it. He can't see, he can't laugh, and he can't move. He can only feel the tickling sensation of the female's tail as it brushes across him. The other female began to tickle him all over his sensitive paws. The first female went to work on his belly and hypersensitive neck. Eevee is breaking a little, but he cannot show that to his ticklers. What should happen next?
