Welcome to the Phantom Thieves
You get back home at 8 pm and tell everyone at your house that you have arrived. Your mom asks where you’ve been for the past five hours, you tell her that you made some new friends at the school, believe it or not. She tells you that she’s going to go to bed but there is leftovers in the fridge, you tell her goodnight and warm up some steak. As you do, you decide to text the Phantom Thieves how they even got into the this mess. After you finish your steak and wash the dishes, you feel your phone vibrate, you take it out to see that Ren has ended up explaining the entire situation.
You start to read the text, “Well, Ryuji and Ann lives have been wrecked by Kamoshida so they want to end his harassment to other students but me and Ryuji are going to be falsely expelled as well so we have to steal his heart so he won’t be in power expel us. Oh, and by the way. Stealing a heart means that we steal a horrible person’s desires and make them confess what they’ve done out of their own mouth. Morgana also told me to text you guys that since we made an infiltration route to the treasure room, we have to send a calling card tomorrow so that we can steal his treasure.”
Ryuji texts in the group chat, “For real!? Well who’s going to write the calling card then?”
Ann texts the group chat, “Well I’m not that great at writing important stuff but remember, it’s gotta sound like an important group of people wrote it. Not a bunch of high schoolers.”
Ryuji texts back, “Well I got spare time, I can just write something that sounds important and search up some synonyms for some of the words to make it write like an adult wrote it.”
Ren texts back, “Make sure to make to it sound professional and make a lot of them. Other than that I don’t object.”
Ann also texts, “I gonna side with Ren on that one.”
You text Ryuji in the group chat that he shouldn’t screw up, but other than that, you don’t really care either. You put your phone to charge and put it on your counter and finish your homework. You end up going to bed at 11 pm.
