You are 18 years and 7 months old.
You awake in your bedroom, one last time.
Your father has surprised you with a large Triple-Triple from Timmies to enjoy before you depart.
You gather all the boxes and bags, your guitar, and a Nintendo 64 travel case that you use as a backpack.
You open the backpack and make sure the numbers of your friends are present, as this will be your only connection to them.
You step outside, awaiting the arrival of your friend Rob, who has agreed to help you move to Hamilton.
You look eastward among the Stratford suburbs and see the sun rise, as you grip your coffee with both hands.
You bring the coffee up and take sip, letting out a satisfied "Ahhhh..." as you lower it.
There are not many cars out this early on a Sunday and there is a comforting calm present.
As you finish your coffee, you notice a car approaching from the distance.
A red Toyota Corolla enters your driveway.
You walk over to it, as the driver rolls down his window.
