The Church
QUEST ADDED: A Pizzer, And A Beer
November 11, Sunday, 11:02PM, 2007
Josh sits in his new La-Z-Boy chair strumming some folk chords on Lynn, after replacing the strings.
Josh: "Come gather round people, from Stratford downtown....
To a place where we all like to hang around....
You can hang up your hat, and put on your crown...
And be kings among men, beer raising!....
We were once unknown, but now are renowned...
For The Church, it is a-changin'!..."
Mandy joins in.
Mandy: "There's a lot of guitars, most of them cheap,
And the music's too loud, when you're trying to sleep,
But they play songs, like 'Aerials', 'Fallen Leaves', and 'Creep',
And lots of others that are fun, and engaging!
Then they watch dumb movies, like 'Wickerman' and 'Black Sheep',
For The Church, it is a-changin'!"
Taylor finishes the song.
Taylor: " Any liquor we got, we're happy to share,
Come and go as you please, without a care,
We wear ratty hoodies, and grow out our hair,
We're all drunk, playing songs, or gaming!
But times like these, are becoming more rare,
For The Church, it is a-changin'!"
Josh ends the last chord and sets Lynn down on her stand.
All of a sudden, there is a knock at the door.
