You░gratefully░accept░and░spend░your░extra░few░minutes░making░sure░you░have░everything. You notice your textbook and notebook aren't in your bag and go to grab them. You are able to make another piece of toast and finish your breakfast in the car and you are very thankful for the help. You feel a little more ready for the day now. It was good luck they could help you out this morning.
You walk into your first class on time and sit in your seat quietly. You take out your textbook and your notebook and wearily ready yourself for the class. As the day goes on you feel more and more exhausted participating in discussions, sitting in lectures and trying your best to focus despite how tired you are, and balancing your already overwhelming schedule with the new assignments added by your professors today. In between classes you try to set times for yourself to work on homework but abandon the effort, realizing you won't be able to stick to it today. You are already too overwhelmed and longing for a moment to calm down. You try doing some homework but can't focus and don't have the strength to push through it right now.
After all of your classes, your significant other comes to pick you up and you make your way home. It is about 3 pm now and your stomach is yelling at you for some lunch. You still feel physically exhausted from your long, early shifts over the weekend and mentally exhausted from, well, everything. Though you had some help getting to school this morning and the day wasn't as bad as you thought it would be, you are now relentlessly pouring over all of the homework you have to get done tonight and the chores around your apartment that have been ignored for a few days too long.
Before you can do anything you have to eat.
