In the Woods
You wake up, disoriented and tired. There's an instant pain in your knee as you try to sit up. You stay laying down, on what seems to be the floor. You don't remember how you got here or why you are here. You look around and realize that you are in a very old home. While you remember the various memories in your mind, like what year you graduated college, the day you got your car. But, you just can't remember how you got in this old home.
While still tired and disoriented you decide to use the little strength within you to sit up, and then to stand up.Once again, you decide to look around, this time you see what seems to look like a smashed vase on the floor, As well as this, a grand staircase, leading down to a door. As you turn right and left, you see two hallways, on your right, a door closed at the end of the hallway, and to your left, a door partially open. As your gaze moves over to the window, you see some movement outside, but you can't seem to comprehend what it is. As you see a face peak in the window, you realize that it's not a face at all. Before the face sees you, you duck down and hope it didn't. While you are shivering at the thought of that face that didn't seem human, you decide that you can't stay out in the open and must go in one of the rooms.
As the stress and anxiety starts building up inside of you, you decide to do this quickly. Which room will you choose? The right one or the left one? Or do you choose going down the staircase, and hoping that figure doesn't look in the window.
