Gone

She scared you so bad that you decide to run out of the bathroom and tell John. When you get out of the bathroom, you start frantically looking for John. You see him across the hallway talking with Andrew. You rush over to him, almost running other high school students over.
You hear him say to Andrew, "I just need the tickets, and then we will make our move."

"Hey," you say out of breath from making a mad dash from the bathroom. "Can I talk to you John?"

"Sure," he says grabbing your shoulder. "What is wrong?"

"Something is off with Tanya. Can we talk in private?"

You pull him into a near by closet, and shut the door so loud, the shelves rattle. You fiddle for the light switch, and when you find it you realize that it is Mr. Svenson's closet. The janitor who disappeared two weeks ago.

"What is it?" asks join with worry in his voice.

"It is Tanya. She knows something about the people who disappeared. She also said that she would tell you that I was cheating on you with Andrew if I said something about what I heard. Cheating on you is such a lie. You should know that. She also said that someone was going to die soon at Prom. Please don't tell anyone about this conversation."

"Relax. Take a deep breath," John soothed. "Speaking of Prom, I know this is not a great place to do this, but would you like to be my date to Prom?"

You could not believe it. "YESS!" you answered. Kissing his cheek.

A crackle comes over the loud speaker.

"Boys and girls of Southside High. This is a huge announcement. Prom is next week. We need to come up with a theme for the dance. You guys voted on some themes, and here are the final ones. Warrior, Snow Fairy, Under the Sea, and Night in the Dark. Come to the court yard during first and second lunch to vote. Today only. If you miss during lunch, then come to the front office to vote after school. You only have one chance to vote. We hope to see you at the ballot station!"

"Thanks again. See you soon?" you ask.

"See you soon. Love you," he says as he gives you a kiss.

Then the next thing you think of is tell Liliana, she has been your best friend since kindergarten and you share everything with her. This pounding head ache takes over and you don't know what to do and you have to make a choice.
