Hiroshima: based on true events

When you arrive at the docks, the panel above the ticket box says that there are four available tickets. You buy the tickets for your mom, dad, your nephew, and finally for yourself.

As you wait in line to board the ferry a woman behind you taps you on the shoulder. You spin around and see that the woman is carrying a baby. She says,
"I'm so sorry to inconvenience you, but I do not have enough money to afford a ticket for the baby. Could you please lend me a ticket so I may leave with the baby."

You are yet again in another dilemma, what should you do?
