Caught In the Deep

You pour out a tin of tuna and only let yourself have a quarter of it to eat. About an hour later, you're starving but you've only got this much food and you decide to keep saving it. You go back down to the ship's kitchen and look in the cabinets, but you don't find any more food or water.
