Time Traveller
You ride on into the night, but soon it is so dark you cannot see where you're going. Looking back, you find the Sheriff is gone.
"Hey!" you shout into the night, but all that you hear in reply is the mocking echo of your own voice. Horrified, you turn your horse and ride as fast as you can. However, in your haste, your horse's hoof hits a rock, and you are thrown from the saddle. You land sharply on the ground, gasping for breath.
Suddenly, a shadow looms over you and a gruff voice laughs.
"Well, what ye got here? A deputy!"
The outlaw grabs you and wrenches you to your feet, throwing a rope around you.
You sigh as the man drags you to a horse. Now you won't get back to the machine and your own time. Your adventure ends here.
