Time Traveler

The Australian and New Zealand navies have recruited natives all around the islands here in the South Pacific and outfitted them with short wave radios. They also posted navy personnel on some of the Japanese-occupied islands in hidden jungle hideouts to gather intelligence. They observe the Japanese and Allied ships and report using a cipher system to those ANZAC navies. This message would be directed at them, but we monitor those channels, too, since our vessels are active there.
