Caught In the Deep

You are laying on your comfortable deckchair when your hear a ripple in the water and you suddenly wake up from from your stress free nap.Then a humongous shark launches out of the water on to the boat. It has black beaded eyes as dark as charcoal and a huge dorsal fin. It takes a huge bite of your left leg, you try to push it off yourself but it won't budge.

You call out to your friends and they come to your aid and the shark goes back in to the water for now.

What should you do, you are already bleeding heavily, should you sacrifice yourself, or get first aid from your friends but waste the first aid kit?
