You tell him that he needs to leave the vehicle there and arrange for another way to get home. You leave the two and head back to patrol, when a broadcast comes over the air to your car,
"Unit 505, need to respond to a 10-50 traffic accident at Manning and Broad St."
You respond to the call and check out on scene. Not to your suprise it's the same Van registered to OFC. Horton you walk up to the driver side and see his son slumpt over the wheel bleeding from his eyes and ears, with no pulse.
As your filling out the report you wonder how your goin to live with yourself and the guilt.
